Human Networks and Microbiology.
research project
My current research project has been partly influenced by my previous 15-year practice focused on the in-person and virtual human collaborative processes. From a privileged and informed point of view as a designer and a social observer, I naturally found interest in the tiny fundamental similarities and divergencies between our social/individual behaviors as human beings, and living unicellular organisms.
Currently arising to a wider spectrum of meanings referred to human networks and their consequences, in 2022 a first version of an artwork’s concept paper named Evolving Human Nature has been submitted to the attention of the Curators Chiara Spagnol, Irene Sofia Comi and Milovan Farronato for the program “Human Nature”, at Casa degli Artisti (Milan). At that early stage the focus of the research was gender identity and society.
Unusual reflections.
A collaboration with GIampiero ROMANò ´
Since 2022, through the dialogue emerged with Giampiero Romanò, a research process has born aimed at discovering a chance to merge a digital dimension, intrinsically with mirrors, able to interact with humans and the environment reflected. The artwork (Guardoni, 2022) shown above has been presented during the Milan Design Week 2022, at TOILETPAPER Home, via Giuseppe Balzaretti 4, Milan.

My practice, in brief.
For about 15 years my practice has been focused on co-producing, co-designing and co-facilitating at Architects of Group Genius more than 150 collaborative laboratories, across 16 different countries over 5 continents, 6 languages and many more cultures, serving some of the most admired organizations in the world, including Art Basel, Audi, Coeuraj (Inclusive, Collaborative, and Sustainable World) Ferrero, Fiat-Chrysler, General Electric, Harvard Business School, Independent Sector, Media Development Investment Fund, Mohamed Bin Zayed Majlis for Future Generations, OECD, The Jewish Agency for Israel, UniCredit, Volkswagen Group, World Economic Forum.
Mostly it has been about creating, together with other knowledge workers, an intellectual, social, physical and digital space that allowed people to experiment in an unconventional way, within a safe and inclusive environment.
During the development of one’s self, I believe that human being’s growth should walk through a journey made of a continuous research process in order to express oneself in an evolved manner, compared to a phase, or a previous leap. Since 2022 my interest and passion have pushed me to embark myself in an artistic journey, the beginning of a leap.
